If you are into fuel economy (Geo's) your just missing the boat! 30 to 40 mpg on the water and 8hr fuel burn on 3 gallons of fuel.
So lite weight you can put it on the roof rack of your metro.
Were a small Puget Sound group but were already starting to grow. Get a boat get involved. Were trying to get every thing in place for a audio and video pod cast shows for each trip.
This cruise is starting to look like March I was just told.
Some planning is taking place to run the Lewis and Clark water trail. If your interested in this 336 mile or so cruise and camp out let me know. If you still need a machine get a hold of the factory ASAP so it arrives soon. This link will give you some great info http://www.ndwt.org/ndwt/explore/

Here is my new custom Mokai trailer I built on a harbor freight 4x8 trailer bed. This could easily be a 4 boat trailer if some one needed it to be. Its still lite enough to haul behind a metro or tracker. This is on my tracker but I tow it with my metro because it gets 10 mpg even towing over the tracker.
Here are some fun videos I pulled from youtube
Okay if you know Mokai you probably have never seen this set up below.
Andy from the Alaska part of Mokai has done some r&d and created a surface drive unit for some different options of cruising and where you might cruise. I am currently in the R&D on my own set up for our local club. There are many advantages to this over a jet pump so will see how it goes. YOUTUBE some Mud motors and surface drive units and watch some videos like this one to get a idea what I'm after in the Mokai. Eliminating the jet pump intake allows for the boat to run right up on shore or any where it will float with out damaging the jet pump or plugging the intake for the pump. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZX3Vi8fj1s&feature=player_embedded#!
